Kevin Martin is the President of Mentor Training, Inc. and a Facilitator at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He possesses over 30 years of leadership experience in the employee and organization development, management consulting, private equity and technology industries.
Kevin possesses a deep knowledge of and keen appreciation for employee development and the skills necessary to succeed at every career stage. He is a highly skilled executive, facilitator, and coach. He leverages his experience and broad network of relationships to help Mentor’s clients meet their employee and organization development needs.
Kevin grew up in the SF Bay Area and holds both a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
Kathy Kleinert has been in the training and development industry for over 18 years. She started with Mentor in 1993 and has managed all areas of the business including marketing, sales, business development, customer relations, strategy and financial planning.
Kathy has been a member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and been a member and served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Business Administration, a concentration in Human Resources Management and a Minor in Psychology.
Cathe Chapman Martin brings over 15 years of account management and customer service experience to Mentor. She has built strong relationships with numerous Fortune 500 companies including Apple, Avon, Netscape, Nickelodeon, Samsung, Stanford University, and Johnson and Johnson. Cathe has over six years of experience in the training and development industry. She has a BA in English from UC Santa Cruz and a MA in Writing from the University of San Francisco.
