Mentor Registration, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policies

Mentor Training accepts registrations via telephone, online registration, and fax.  Payment information is required to hold your place in the class.  Payment in full is required prior to the day of class.  Mentor Training accepts payment in the form of: cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

You may cancel or reschedule your class without penalty if we are notified at least three full business days prior to the class. If you notify us after the cancellation date, you can either send someone in your place or attend the next scheduled class on a space available basis. In either case, you are responsible to pay the tuition fee and are not entitled to receive a refund. If you have paid for the class and cancel before the cancellation date, we will refund the tuition. 

Mentor’s Guarantee 

Mentor Training guarantees its training. If you miss your class, or wish to retake a class for any reason, you may do so at no additional charge on a space available basis. This is for up to 12 months or until the course has been eliminated from our schedule, whichever comes first. Simply call 408-433-0990 the day prior to the date of the class you'd like to take. If there is an open seat we'll be happy to register you into the class at that time. 

10-Minute Policy 

Mentor Training makes every effort to start classes on time. Students arriving more than ten minutes late will not be admitted to class and will be asked to take the class at another time on a space available basis.
