Every Mentor soft skills course is structured to enable learning and retention of core concepts through brief lectures followed by multiple levels of learning, practice and application.
All of our courses are designed to be tailored to the needs, objectives,
and culture of our clients. Client often use and work on real examples
and projects during the instruction; these are not off the shelf
courses. Our experience is that learning tagged in emotion and
experience is the most effective learning, and that participants retain
more of the concepts in this learning process.
